James Jonathan Wright, of Brooklyn Center; formerly of Arthington, Liberia, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park. He was 79 years old.

Survived by loving family and friends.

Visitation 6:00-10:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20th at Northbrook Alliance Church in Brooklyn Center. Funeral Services beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 21st at the church. Interment at Mound Cemetery in Brooklyn Center.

In life we love you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our heart to lose you, you did not go along, part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, You are always by our sides. Our family chain is broken and will never be the same. Rest In Peace Pops, we will catch you on the other side.
