Wheelock, Tommy passed away December 17th, 2021, after a tough fight with Covid at the age of 64. He was born in Minneapolis on March 21st, 1957. Tommy spent his formative years in Brooklyn Center, he had an exciting childhood and misspent youth, alongside his best friend Terry. He enlisted in the Army after high school and began what would be a 20-year career that took him across the world. Tommy’s love for 70’s music was unmatched; he would travel for days across Europe and Asia to see his favorite band. Tommy’s other passions included fishing and sports, he was a tried-and-true Viking’s fan. Tommy is preceded by his, Mother Polly Ann and Father Willard Wheelock. Grand parents Fritz and Hilda Olson and Lucille Wheelock. Survived by his daughter Nicole Baker (Michael), Siobhan Krautkramer (Joe) and son Shawn Wheelock. Brothers, Todd (Becky), Jim (Annabell), Mike (Nacia), Chris (Monie) Louis, Wil (Ania). Grandchildren Bretta, Mathew, Thomas and Draco. Many nieces and nephews and special friends. Services December 30th at Grace United Methodist Church 15309 Maple Island Rd Burnsville, MN Visitation 11:30 to 12:30 and service to follow. Internment at Fort Snelling at 2:00 PM. In leu of flowers the family prefers donations to the Disabled American Veterans or your favorite charity.
