Shirley Willoughby

Our dear mother Shirley Willoughby passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 95. She was much loved by all who knew her, and will be remembered and missed every day. She loved to laugh and joke, and always kept herself busy in her home and gardens. Shirley is survived by her three children Linda Harsdorf (Jerome), Debra Briss (Dwight), and son Dana Willoughby, six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. Memorial service at Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel (2701 Central Avenue N.E.) on January 4th with visitation at 10 am and funeral service at 11 am. A luncheon will follow the service, and interment will be next to her husband Donald at 1:30 pm at Ft. Snelling. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in her memory to help Ukrainians affected by the war (as Shirley was very saddened by their plight), or a charity of your choice.
