Shirleen M Blue

Shirleen Marie Morseau Blue, age 77, passed away on February 19, 2025.

Shirleen was born on December 22, 1947 in Red Lake to Ida Gurno and Joe Blue.

After finishing high school, she moved to the Twin Cities. She had many academic achievements and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

She worked at Anderson Elementary, Center School and AIOIC.

She like to go the casino to play penny slots. She also liked spending time outside visiting parks and having cookouts. She enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and adding items to her collections.

She is survived by her son Sheldon and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and extended family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Ida; her siblings Arvilla, Oscar, Ronald, Joanie, Marleen and Rita; and her daughters Sheila and Felicia.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
