Schwaab, Richard Albert, age 96 of St. Anthony Village passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 12,2025 surrounded by his children.

Lifelong NE Mpls resident and graduate of DeLaSalle HS. Founding member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Retired from Minnegasco after 45 years of service. In his free time, Richard enjoyed camping, fishing, and tending to his fruit trees and vegetable garden. Dad was never far from a cribbage game. Preceded in death by wives Emma and Mary; siblings Bud, Charles and Rita. Survived by children Joan (Jeff), Virginia (Dave), Jim (Lora) and Jean; grandsons Justin (Anna) , Patrick, Michael, Cory (Fallon) and Lucas; great grandsons Louis, August and Arlo; sister Mary Ann (Tony), sisters-in-law Midge (Lowell) and Marcia (John), as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 3/21/2025 11:00 AM with visitation 10:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 2739 NE Stinson Blvd. Burial St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery, Osseo MN.
