Marshall Ahles

Marshall Joseph Ahles, age 79, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2021, while sleeping.  He was born on September 3, 1941 in Austin, Minnesota.  

He retired at the age of 68 after being a truck driver for Con-way Transportation in Fridley.  He received many awards for his safe driving and customer service, including the Million Mile Safety Award.   

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Pauline (Dunn) Ahles; brother Lester Ahles; 3 sisters Donna, Sharon and Baby Girl Ahles.

Marshall is survived by his wife Rita Ahles; son Chad Ahles; daughter Nicki Ahles-Moses (Shawn); grandchildren Michael and Emma Moses.  He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, multiple cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends. 

Marshall’s funeral mass will be held on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at 1 pm for visitation and 2 pm service at Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel 2701 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis 55418.
