Marilyn was born and raised on her family's farm in Ruthton,MN. She was a longtime Columbia Heights resident and was active in many organizations. She was a member of Community Methodist Church and served as director of
S.A.C.A. for 24 wonderful years, where she helped many families.
Preceded in death by parents Wallace and Frances (Minet)
Hokins; sister Betty Berney; niece Scott Marie; nephew Justin; and grandniece Christine. Survived by son Michael Clairmont; grandson Thomas Saarela; sister Ardis Babcock; niece Melissa; nephew Shane: many relatives and friends.
