Karrina Ann Perez

Karrina Ann Perez, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 24.

Born on May 24, 2001, Karrina brought a radiant light and warmth into the world from the very beginning. She met her best friend Makaya in the 5th grade, forging a bond that would last a lifetime. Karrina graduated from high school in 2019 and continued to build a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to those she cared about.

In 2021, Karrina became a proud dog mom to her beloved Boone, who brought her immeasurable joy and companionship. She found her calling as a pet groomer, beginning her career at Roseville PetSmart in 2022 and more recently sharing her talents at Pet Evolution in St. Paul. Her gentle touch and love for animals made her adored by both pets and their owners alike.

Karrina’s greatest happiness came from the relationships she nurtured. She recently met the love of her life, Eyobed, and they were planning a future together, dreaming of marriage and starting a family.

Yet above all, her younger siblings were her heart’s deepest passion, and she embraced her role as the most loving and devoted “Funtie” — the fun auntie — that her nieces and nephews could ever ask for.

Karrina’s spirit, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who were blessed to know her. May her memory live on through the lives she touched with her beautiful soul.
