Jeremy Victor Peterson, age 32, was born on May 31, 1988 and passed away peacefully at home on December 9, 2020. Jeremy grew up in St. Anthony and attended schools there. His friends and family knew him as a generous soul who would go out of his way to lend a helping hand or provide a thoughtful gift. He was exceptionally talented fixing or upgrading anything with an engine, wires, or a screen. He was also extremely generous with this knowledge and sharing his talents and gifts with others and was always looking for an opportunity to help others. Jeremy also loved time on the lake, and made many cabin memories at Northome and Lewis Lake. Jeremy worked alongside his dad at the 22nd Avenue Station for many years where they shared countless memories and made friends who were likely family to him. He had a love of fast cars, boats, video games – and he loved to cook, cheer for the Vikings and was endlessly entertained by his cats. Jeremy had a keen sense of style; he had a closet full of Hollister clothing with matching hats. Most importantly, Jeremy was elated to become a father to Kayden (his “mini me”) in 2013, and was endlessly proud of his son. He was also a loving and attentive son to his dad and companion, Glen. At family gatherings, Jeremy could always be counted on to bring more food than we could eat, be willing to entertain the kids for hours and always made sure he helped wash every last dish. We are thankful for the gifts and light Jeremy brought to the world and are grateful to have been able to call him a friend or family.
