Harriet Hara

Harriet Hara, age 92, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2024. Born on December 18, 1931, Harriet was predeceased by husband Richard and grandson Brian.  She was a devoted mother to Joan, Jim, and Judy.

Harriet’s energetic nature showed in everything she tackled:  academics, cooking, sewing, organizing, homemaking, and her later-in-life career at 3M.  Harriet’s irreverent sense of humor delighted her friends and family.

Harriet is survived by her three children, Joan, Jim, and Judy, as well as seven grandchildren (Michael, Rachel, Taylor, Mark, Laura, Christine and Michelle) and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom will remember her with love and fondness.
