Mattson, Gary L. age 84 of NE Mpls. passed away peacefully on 6/5/2026. Retired over the road truck driver who saw America through the windshield of a big rig. Preceded in death by Wife Sheila J. Mattson (nee Krotzer); brother Alan Mattson. Survived by sons Jeff (Lisa) Mattson, Cory (Thea) Mattson; grandchildren Emily, Zach, Josh, Katelyn and Adelina; sister Darlene Mattson; relatives and friends. Memorial service Saturday June 27th 11 AM with gathering starting at 10 AM at billman Hunt Chapel, 2701 Central Ave NE. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later Date.
