Florence Susan (Lohnes) Saros

Saros, Florence S. (nee Lohnes) age 77 passed away on 1/7/2025.  Lifelong NE Mpls resident and retired postal worker.  She loved her Saturday afternoon bingo at the Moose. 

Preceded in death by parents Edward and Eunice Lohnes; sister Diane Lohnes; brother Edward Lohnes; brother-in-law Jeffrey Plaster;

Survived by children James (Julie), Travis, Thomas “Jay” (Anajanette), Vanessa (Tommy) Benjamin, Andrea, Stacy (Angel) Saros, Sarah Mastrey, Mike (Erin) McCarty, Gary (Liz) Haglund;  grandchildren Archie, Shinaana, Jasmine, Abigail, Sage, Tatianna, Alonzo (Trinity), Rene’ “Rey”, Raul, Daniel; greatgrandchildren Enzo, Rowen, Koa, Evelyn; sisters Darlene (Don) Johnson, Kim (Fred) Lohnes, Maria Plaster and Jo Lohnes; many nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.  Funeral Services at the Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center, 2300 15th  Ave. S. Mpls 55404, Wake Friday 7 PM (1/10) and Service Saturday 9 AM (1/11).
