Dixie Katzel Dabrowski

Dixie Dabrowski, age 91, of Minneapolis and Pequot Lakes, MN passed away peacefully at home
on June 28, 2023.
Dixie worked at Fidelity Bank for over 25 years. Spending time at the cabin with family and
friends was her joy. She was a longtime auxiliary member of American Legion Post 49 in Pequot
Lakes.
Preceded in death by husband Frank Dabrowski, mother Frieda, and father Clarence. Survived
by daughters Lola (David) Larson, Nila (Ron) Meyers, and Gina Dabrowski. Grandchildren Alan
Larson, Terence (Shannon Dominic) Larson, Aaron (Jai Machen Whitworth) Rustand, and Kyle
(Emma Grinager) Nordstrom. Great grandchildren Sylar and Giles Rustand. Cherished niece
Maryann Neil. Survivors also include many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her.
Services are July 12, 2023 at Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel, 2701 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis,
MN. Visitation begins at 9:30 am with a Service at 10:30 am, followed by a Luncheon. Dixie will
be buried alongside her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Dixie’s sharp wit and
humor will be forever missed.
