Cecelia Adeline (Monno) Sikorski
Cecelia Adeline Sikorski, 96, of Columbia Heights, MN, passed into eternal rest on November 29, 2025. She was born on the family farm in Cumberland, WI on September 1, 1929. After graduating from Cumberland High School, she moved to Minneapolis where she met her future husband, Edward. Ceil and Ed married on July 17, 1954, raised two children and were by each other’s side for 71 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pasquale and Jennie (Zappa) Monno; seven brothers: Tony (Elfrieda), Jim (Netta), Joe (Georgina), Ray (Maxine), Pat (Janet), Sam (Carol), John; seven sisters: Maria, Mary (Tony) Zappa, Jennie (Mario) Ranelli, Betty (Herb) Korf, Anne (Herb) Brusletten, Lucy (Dick) Kaiser, Josephine (Jack) Calder.
Ceil is lovingly remembered by her husband: Ed; her daughters: Mary (Neil) Sikorski Nelson, Diane Sikorski; granddaughters: Hannah (Jonathan) Sikorski Grams, Grace Sikorski; great-granddaughter: Jona Grams; extended family and friends. Service date and times are pending.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Croix Hospice or Mind What Matters in memory of Cecelia Sikorski.
