James Francis Kraska, "Jim,"

of Northeast Minneapolis, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017. He was 86 years old.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary; 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Joan; daughters, Karen (Chad) Sander, Lynn (Mike) Thompson; 2 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandra (Richard) Ricci; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Jim served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Ed Phillips and Sons, Co. after 26 years. Jim loved playing and coaching sports and fishing with friends. He will be missed by all. 

Memorial Gathering 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 3rd at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
