Florianna Peterson, of Minneapolis, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017. She was 101 years old.

Florianna was born on December 22, 1915 to Jacob and Mary Gutwinski.  She resided with them in their North Minneapolis home until she married Arnold Peterson and moved to Northeast Minneapolis.  Florianna worked with Arnold at Peterson Furniture Manufacturing Company where they built provincial furniture, specializing in custom wood carving. 

In 2004, Florianna moved from her home to an assisted living apartment, where she resided until May 1, 2017 when she moved to her granddaughter's home. 

Florianna was preceded in death by her husband Arnold (1998) and son Raymond (2008) (Faye). 

She leaves one son, Dennis Peterson (Marian); 3 grandchildren, Garrick Peterson (Anita), Floriann Millsop (Brent), and Jake Peterson; 6 great grandchildren, Fiori Millsop, Realle Millsop, Brock Millsop, Crystal Millsop, Tyler Tasche (Gabby), and Axellina Peterson; two great great grandchildren, Arielle Gotariz and Sofia Tasche.

Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation beginning at ved by loving family and friends.10:00 a.m. Burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.
