Charles Edward Turner, "Tank," of Brooklyn Center, MN; formerly of Marianna, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. He was 62 years old.
Survived by loving family and friends.
Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation at 12:00 NOON. Following services, Mr. Turner will be going home to Marianna, Arkansas for further services and burial.
