Tom Clayton Freeman, of Northeast Minneapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 19, 2017. He was 40 years old.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Earl Clayton Schroeder Jr.

He is survived by his mother, Joyce (nee Brindamour) Freeman; 5 siblings: Sam, Mike, Judy, Melissa, and Angela; nieces and nephews; other loving family and many friends.

Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior.
