I was sorry to read of the passing of your father and glad to see that he lived a good and long life. I was one of the many, many people who attended his HR seminars in the 1980's; I'd sign up for any topic as I loved his presentations so much. I still quote him, one of my favorites -"nobody 'splained it to him that way before" when teaching us to communicate clear expectations to employees. I think that most people in life just want to make a small difference. I just wanted to tell you that your father made a difference to me.
