Louis Francois Loubaki, of St. Paul, MN; formerly of Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. He was 64 years old.

Louis is survived by his wife, Melanie Boukouta; other loving family and friends.

Funeral Service 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 19th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel. Following funeral services in the U.S., Mr. Loubaki will be shipped home to the Republic of the Congo for burial.
