Jordan Michael Nisan, of Northeast Minneapolis, died tragically and unexpectedly on Saturday, October 8, 2017. He was 19 years old.

Jordan is survived by his parents, Garrett and Heather Nisan; brother, Marcus; grandparents, Steven and Linda Weldon; great-grandmother, Elaine Weldon; other loving family and many friends.

Memorial Service at 12:00 NOON on Saturday, October 14th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation beginning one hour prior at 11:00 a.m.
