Dave, you were a truly good person to know and interact with. You always had a quick remark or a good joke. You will be missed and fondly remembered. I'm happy to have known you.

David, it was an honor and a pleasure to have you as a brother in law. You were the best. You made us all laugh through the good times and also through the times when you were very ill and not feeling up to laughter, and you still managed to smile. During the last three years, I enjoyed our many conversations and that's what I will miss most. Your work is done here, now it's time for you to rest in heaven. You were the best brother-in-law anyone could have and a wonderful and true friend. May God bless and keep you in heaven. Love, Shirley Garmon.

With love forever, Shirley Garmon

Dave was a star that shined bright in many people’s life, that star went out too soon. He will always be remembered and cherish by those who loved him. He thrived on making others happy, even at the lowest period of his life. David touched so many people in his life. He was an amazing person. Words will never be able to express how any of us feel about him leaving, but we will hold on the memories that were made with you, those will always have a life.
Book of Ecclesiastes - A Time For Everything
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Dear Uncle Dave,
It seems so unreal that you are not here with us now. It was the shocking news that brought tears to my eyes.You were
very kind hearted person and you will definitely have a special place in my heart. When you get to heaven tell my father that I said I love him.
